Thank you for being part of The Inspire Better - Sparkle Wellbeing (IBSW) Community which includes anyone who is curious about or has registered for or purchased any of our off and online products or personal development resources.
Please find our Terms and Conditions below. By using/purchasing any of our services and resources and/or signing up or registering with us, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. This is a legal agreement.
We’ll start with the basics, including a few definitions that should help you understand this agreement. The Key or the “Service” is an on and offline provider of personal development services offered through the URL www.inspirebetter.co.uk (we’ll refer to it as the “Website”).

In order to be a member of The Key you must:
be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to use our services without the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not disclose any personal information to us or any other website visitors.
complete a registration process;
agree to the Terms; and
provide up to date contact information.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The T&C’s begins when you sign up to be registered with IBSW or it’s associated services and continues as long as you use the Service or are registered. Clicking the button and entering your username means that you’ve officially registered for our terms. If you sign up for any of the IBSW services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your registration name and password confidential and REGISTRATION details to access Services should not be passed to other users.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Our charges for IBSW COURSES, LIVE EVENTS, MENTORING, COACHING, RETREATS,ONLINE PROGRAMMES, MEMBERSHIPS AND PRODUCTS (SERVICES) are promoted within our Website Shop AND OTHER LINKED SITES and other product and services landing pages and may be changed from time to time.
Payments are due on registering, purchasing or booking a service.
Some services offer a contractual monthly SUBSCRIPTION payment plan which would be promoted at events or on website. Should this services be terminated either by ‘us’ or your payments are due in full in accordance with our CANCELLATION terms.
SERVICES (EVENTS AND PROGRAMMES)
You are entitled to cancel SERVICES* event up to 7 days after purchase, up to and including 28 days before the service takes place. Rescheduling services is at our discretion limited to a maximum of one rescheduled service. *ALL ONLINE COURSES AND PRODUCTS AND RETREATS are excluded from these terms.
There are no cancellation or refund terms for ONLINE PROGRAMMES INCLUDING ONLINE COURSES, PROGRAMMES, MASTERCLASSES, E-BOOKS, SUBSCRIPTION BASED SERVICES WITH MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION DUE ON DATE OF REGISTRATION. OFFERS MAY INCLUDE A 7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD, WHERE PAYMENT WILL BE DUE 7 DAYS AFTER REGISTRATION. TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION YOU SHOULD WRITE TO INSPIREBETTER@OUTLOOK.COM. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF DETAILS OF THE REASON WHY WERE NOTES TO HELP US CONTINUE TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICE. ON RECEIPT SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND SERVICE WILL BE TERMINATED.
A deposit is required to reserve a retreat space and is non-refundable 48 hours after reservation.
The remaining balance is payable on confirmation of your place or subject to agreed payment terms.
We require written notification of cancellation in advance 8 weeks before the retreat date. There are no refund terms for retreats. We will issue one full credit for one future retreat only if informed of the cancellation in writing by email and where an acknowledgement. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule retreats for any reason. We will issue one full credit for one future retreat in the unlikely event of this happening.
Free Online Campaigns
From time to time we will run campaigns where we require people to register to take part. Although sign up and registration is free, we may promote chargeable products and services within the campaign that are chargeable to the customer. Free registration and sign up does not mean that all products within the campaign are free only that registration to join or take part is free.
Health & Safety
We will issue you with a full brief on H&S pre-travel. You are required to have travel insurance. Complete a medical form informing us of any health circumstances which may prevent you from taking part in activities or the retreat. Notify us of any food allergies or intolerance. Check with your GP for any vaccination recommendations for the destination.
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, unless the item was sent by mistake or bears a manufacturer defect. The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets our return conditions.
We do not issue refunds where services have been attended or completed.
If you are dissatisfied our services please write to us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to rectify our services for the future accordingly.
We may change our fees and prices at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our Website shop.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You will respect our proprietary rights for IBSW and all of the above registered and un- registered trademarks (proprietary rights include patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and copyrights, processes, methods, terminology, photos, images, ideas, concepts, philosophies, presentations, webinars, podcasts, e-books, course workbooks, off and online).
We do not permit filming or recording at any of our events unless written permission is received.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
You represent and warrant that your use of IBSW will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You’re responsible for determining whether our Services are suitable for you to use in light of any regulations or other laws
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of the Website and the Services, including any downloads from the Website. We and our Team won’t be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances, even if they’re based on negligence or we’ve been advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the material on the Website and the Service as is. That means we don’t provide warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Since people use IBSW SERVICES for a variety of reasons, we can’t guarantee that it will meet your specific needs.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our Team harmless from any losses, including legal fees that result from any claims you make that aren’t allowed under these Terms due to a “Limitation of Liability” or other provision. (Indemnity is an agreement to compensate someone for a loss.) You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, including attorney fees, that result from third-party claims that you or someone using your password did something that, if true, would violate any of these Terms.
If we file an action against you claiming you breached these Terms and we prevail, we’re entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and any damages or other relief we may be awarded.
We and our Team aren’t responsible for the behavior of any advertisers, linked websites, or other Members.
